Visit us at Jalan Kartini 5A, Bandung, on Saturday. We'll be having our regular monthly coffee cupping at 7PM (Ramadan schedule).
4 December 2025: Public Coffee Cupping w/ Anthony of Gora Specialty, Ecuador
This time, we will be cupping a fascinating selection of coffee from ecuador, including beans grown on the rich volcanic soil of the galapagos islands. the archipelago is one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet, and we can’t wait to try the coffees that fruit in such a place.
1 December 2025: Coffee Conversations w/ Salman of Mami Estate
Earlier this year, we visited Alif’s hometown of Malang and made an impromptu early morning visit to Salman in Batu. the air was chilly and after a few steps we found ourselves flanked by rows and rows of avocado and coffee trees. He will be in Bandung this week, and we’d like to invite you to try for yourself in a casual after-hours sharing session.
18 November 2025: Post-IBRC Sharing Session w/ Rocky Martakusumah of TTKR & Roti Macan
We’ll start with a short chat, and then they’ll answer your questions while brewing their competition coffee. Attendees will enjoy a sharing/tasting portion of both Rocky + Alif’s coffees (about 65mL each) and a slice of castella cake. (You can also buy Roti Macan on the spot).
9 September 2025: From Farm To Champion
We are collaborating with Everjoy Cafe and SOMA.LAB for a coffee origin talk and cupping.
Learn about the history and unique terroir of Mt. Patuha and discover how post-harvest processes contributed to the unique flavours produced by SOMA.LAB in two talk sessions (9:00-10:30AM and 11-12:30AM).
From 2PM to 8PM, Alif will be hosting a bar takeover.
31 October - 2 November 2025: Jakarta Coffee Week
We are attending Jakarta Coffee Week as regular degular guests. Alif will be competing in Indonesia Brewers Championship, so we will be closed from 30 October to 5 November 2025.
